Early bird, up to 9th of April, 2026
Standard - 830 Euros
Doctoral students - 450 Euros
Accompanying Person* - 300 Euros (* includes reception on June 10th and 2 dinners - June 11th and 12th)
Regular registration after 10th of April [11:59 AM GMT+1] - 10th of May, 2026
Standard - 930 Euros
Doctoral students - 550 Euros
Accompanying Person* - 350 Euros (* includes reception on June 10th and 2 dinners - June 11th and 12th)
Late registration after 10th of May, 2026
Standard - 1030 Euros
Doctoral students - 650 Euros

Cancellation policy
All cancellations by May 10th 2026 will be subject to a cancellation administrative fee of 150€
(cancellation fees will also apply for those unable to attain the visa).
There will be no refunds for cancellations after 10th of May 2026.
